There’s an old adage that states, “if something sounds too good to be true, then it usually is.” On the other hand, an equally dependable bit of wisdom counters, “For every rule, there is an exception!” And it seems the latest development in psychological therapies may indeed be the “exception.”
PSTEC, or Percussive Suggestion Technique, is the latest development in a line of therapeutic treatments designed to help those suffering from virtually “anything,” to escape the habitual failures that plague their lives. Childhood traumas can be released, life-inhibiting phobias erased, self-image and insecurities removed, and addictions conquered. Nearly anything that interferes with one’s quality of life can be altered to increase health, wealth and happiness.
As we grow from childhood into adulthood, we establish a set pattern of behaviors that changes very little over the course of our lives. Humans are creatures of habit and most of the decisions we make during our lives are based on simple variations of a cycle of templates, thought patterns and emotions.
No matter how we might struggle, human beings are not the masters of logic we might imagine or wish we were. Rather, many of us feel more like humble slaves, shackled to perimeters, determined by our emotions and beliefs. Essentially, the quality of our lives is a by-product of a series of choices we must each make, i.e., choosing this will result in that - a basic cause and effect system. We subconsciously limit the possibility of success or happiness in our lives when our emotions are limited to negative feelings such as fear, resentment, insecurity or sorrow.
Until the creation of PSTEC, a person struggling to make positive changes in his life was often caught in a cycle of frustration. Even when the desire or need to change was acknowledged, the tools to do so were unavailable.
So what exactly is PSTEC and how does it work?
PSTEC is an 11-minute audio that guides the listener through a series of techniques constructed to reconfigure thought patterns. Simply put, if behaviors, beliefs and emotions are essentially negative, then likewise our relationships, jobs and lives will typically reflect this. PSTEC is equipped to break away the tired and ineffectual mental barriers that keep each of us from reaching the height of success and happiness.
Far from being just the “latest” in the long line of trendy self-help gimmicks, PSTEC was created by Tim Phizackerley, a man searching not to make a quick buck, but simply as a means, in which to overcome his own limitations and fears. Phizackerley’s research and program design were so effective in his own life that he wanted to help as many others as possible, to experience their lives free of fear and anxiety.
The responses from those that have tried this new therapy have been impressive. The Internet is littered with the testimonials of people who have had life-changing experiences after listening to this audio. While some believe the success of this program can be explained by the universal laws of attraction, others have come away with a renewed belief in magic.

“All is energy” - at least according to Albert Einstein, who believed that all things were composed primarily of this curious resource. However, most of us would question the scientific veracity of such a statement as we sit wearily staring at yet another endless “to do” list.
Nevertheless, Einstein’s ideas about energy were not unique to him. The ancient Chinese believed that pathways existed within the body that enabled energy or “chi” to move effortlessly throughout a healthy organism. They felt that imbalance occurred when barriers formed, disturbing the rhythmic journey of energy through the body’s structure.
Unfortunately, these barriers occur frequently in nearly all people and reveal themselves in the form of sickness, stress, weight fluctuations, depression and even addiction. But what if there were a non-invasive, drug-free method for removing these obstructions and thus restoring the body and mind? Well, according to clinical studies, such a process exists, and anyone can apply it.
MTT/EFT (Meridian Tapping Technique/Emotional Freedom Technique) is an integration of these ancient practices with what is known today about energy’s role in human health to form a therapeutic process that has been successfully applied time and again. Although MTT/EFT (Meridian Tapping Technique/Emotional Freedom Technique) is based on principles used by acupuncturists, the procedure differs in at least two important ways.
First and most obviously, MTT/EFT does not require the use of needles, making it a convenient healing tool for anyone to use. Secondly, MTT/EFT incorporates emotional and spiritual components as a part of treatment instead of focusing solely on the physical elements. MTT/EFT has been used as an effective means to reach spiritual, psychological and physical well-being by those with only a minimal understanding of its methodology.
Although severe cases of trauma, depression or other symptoms may require the help of a licensed MTT/EFT practitioner, most common “energy crises” can be resolved with a few easy-to-learn techniques from the comfort of your own home.

We all face anxieties, fears and stresses of everyday life. In some cases, these ordinarily “normal” feelings can balloon into problem emotions, causing physical pain, difficulties maintaining weight, problems in relationships and productivity, and finally, addictive and destructive behaviors.
Fortunately, there may now be a solution that can address the varying degrees of negative emotions each of us face. EFT Practice, LLC offers an innovative and holistic technique that is simple to learn and proven effective, addressing a wide range of issues – from common stresses to life-inhibiting symptoms.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practice LLC incorporates holistic ideals practiced by the ancients with contemporary understanding of science and the part energy plays in the composition of all matter, including our own bodies. Apparently, the disruption of the natural flow of energy throughout our bodies can be blamed for many everyday ailments, and some of the more serious ones, as well.
EFT is one of the Meridian Tapping Techniques (MTT) applied by holistic practitioners to use specific points on the body to relieve stress and reduce other painful symptoms. Clinical studies have shown that with a few well-placed “taps” on certain points of the body, stress was significantly reduced, anxieties were arrested and performance was increased up to 80 percent of all the participants in their test trials.
These techniques have been used successfully by many to improve relationships, eliminate phobias, and curb cravings where other treatments had failed. EFT is a drug-free alternative for those in search of deeper relaxation, less pain and a healthier way to approach and remedy life’s difficulties. Best of all, the methods are simple to learn and can be applied by anyone.
While science is at a loss to explain the “hows and whys” of this treatment, it is unable to argue with the results so many have received with its simple application.

After having worked very successfully with MTT/EFT for over a decade, I thought that 'this was it' - that this amazing modality was 'as good as it gets'. Meanwhile, I had to recede from my former opinion. Why? Simply because I was introduced to a newly developed modality called PSTEC (Percussive Suggestion Technology™) which I have just begun to implement into my practice - with simply mindboggling, astounding results! Using both techniques, my clients can now achieve even faster relief and change than ever before. (You can listen to my audio-testimony here: http://www.pstecaudiosource.org/pstecstory-Sunny.html )
What is PSTEC?
"PSTEC is a unique 11 minute audio track which can be played to create a resolution for almost any problem related to unwanted emotions or feelings. It is a very efficient neutralizer of any problem feelings or emotions."
- Tim Phizackerley, Creator of PSTEC
PSTEC will very quickly decrease anxiety, feelings of depression, and disturbing memories. Although you will not actually forget the painful memory, the intensity level of the negative emotion associated with it will be significantly diminished and more often, eliminated. It will then be just that, a memory, but without the painful feelings that have always been attached to it. PSTEC is not exactly magical, but feels like it!
PSTEC is helpful in resolving issues of:
· depression
· anxiety
· fears and phobias
· obsessions
· stress
· anger and resentment
· relationship issues
· confidence
· eating disorders
· addictions and more
The results that have been reported while using PSTEC have been quite amazing and often can be achieved in just minutes! Your anxiety can be significantly reduced and you can obtain relief from unwanted emotions
or memories after your very first session with PSTEC.
Following are statements made by just a few of the individuals who have been helped with PSTEC:
"The obsessive thoughts just aren't coming into my mind anymore, they're just gone!"
"When the problem comes into my mind, I don't go into the usual terror; it's more like the thought comes into my mind, and then it just leaves .... I do think it helped having a therapist do it with me
though, I don't know if I would have done it on my own."
"I have been using it on myself and also with one of my clients - with AWESOME results!"
"I was really upset about an upcoming event and after two rounds of PSTEC , I just don't care, it just doesn't seem important anymore!"
Why don't you, too, give it a try?

You were serious when you made those New Year resolutions. This time, you thought, you'd stick to them and go for your goals. You may even have made a plan on how to incorporate certain things into your daily, busy schedule. You may even have started out well.....for a few days...or even a week or two.
But what about NOW? Are you still on track?
If you are like most people, you probably aren't. Why is that so? Many of us simply wanted too much of a change for it to work. We tend to be way more successful if we focus only on one or two goals at a time. We are creatures of habit and if we want to change something in our everday-lives, we need to know what motivates us. Why do you want to change? What do you think you'll get out of it, and how important is that to you? Writing this out can be of tremendous help, and reading it every day may be just what you need to keep you on track.
What else can you do? You can use certain techniques and modalities to melt away any resistance you have to change. This is possilbe? YES! We normally have opposing parts within ourselves. One part wants to change, another is invested in keeping everything the way it is. There seems to be an almost 'normal' fear of change that many people possess. When we try to change, and the initial enthusiasm has faded, this fear often gets stronger. With MTT/EFT (tapping), it is rather easy to let go of that fear and strengthen the part of you that truly wants the change.
Sometimes, we are afraid of change due to past negative experiences and traumata. Again, these can be released with different techniques I am employing. And this is NOT an empty promise - it truly works! I have had clients who have been in 'regular' psychotherapy for decades, without resolving their past trauma. From what my clients told me, I can honestly say that their therapists were usually very caring, compassionate people with a deep wish to help. However, from my own experience and that of my clients, 'conventional' psychotherapy often simply doesn't have the tools to truly release trauma. It is helpful in the way that it offers strategies on how to deal with the symptoms of past trauma/ the issue, so people experience 'relief' - but normally, that's it.
When I learned MTT/ EFT about a decade ago, I couldn't believe the results I got. I was in awe. It seemed miraculous, or 'too good to be true'. I witnessed some one-minute-wonders, but sometimes, when I expected an issue to dissipate very quickly, I had to find out that the issue at hand proved to have more layers to it than anticipated. But even if that was the case, and the 'mountain' to take care off seemed too much to conquer for my clients, they still felt lasting relief and made shifts - until it was gone. Perseverance always pays off!
Give it a try. Download the free EFT manual (by Gary Craig) as long as it is still available (http://www.emofree.com/downloadeftmanual.asp). Google EFT/MTT, look for YouTube videos on EFT/MTT to get a first impression of it (videos are normally not specific enough to resolve an issue but can give you substantial relief), or schedule your first appointment!
Wishing you a very successful, happy, prosperous year!

Today, I came across this beautiful and touching YouTube video. Isn't it amazing what we can achieve and who we can become if we change our thoughts? Our attitude? Our beliefs about what is possible and what not? This always leads to changed behavior and inspired action as well, the kind of behavior that leads to success. The only limits we have are in our own mind and I just love knowing that the same universe that created us also created techniques and modalities to help us release our self-imposed limitations.
What are the limiting beliefs you are still hanging on that are shaping your perception of this world? (Remember, you can release those with MTT, EFT, TFT, TAT, Psych-K, EMDR, EMT, etc!)
And most importantly, what would you prefer to believe about yourself, the world, your life? (You can INSTALL these new thoughts with MTT, EFT, TFT, TAT, Psych-K, EMDR, EMT, etc!)
May you set yourself free and soar :-)
Warmly,
Sunny
